In 2013, Audi launched a special edition A6 just for the Indian markets. Audi A6 has the standard bold radiator grille with chrome. The LED Lamps are placed well and fit with the body. The side body streamlines slightly into the look a sports car. The interior cabin can fit in 5 passengers easily. It has a walnut dark brown finishing on the doors, handles and dashboard. Premium Valcona leather, an Audi exclusive leather that is smoother than Fine Nappa, is used inside on the seats and other areas of the car. The instrumental panel is well spaced out.
Audi A6 has a petrol and diesel variant. The petrol engine has a displacement capacity of 1984cc and maximum power of 177bhp alongside torque of 320Nm. This engine utilizes a direct fuel injection system. The diesel variant has a displacement capacity of 1968cc and produces power of 174bhp and torque of 380Nm.
The entertainment system has a surround sound Bose system with 14 speakers. It provides USB, aux and Bluetooth connection. The 7-inch TFT colour display with MMI touch assists with navigation and videos can be viewed on it. The braking mechanism includes braking assists, electronic brake force distribution and anti-lock breaking system.
Audi A6 offers better fuel efficiency than its competitors Mercedes Benz E Class and Jaguar XF.

Our Verdict
The Audi A6 is a renowned make and model in the E segment, especially, the executive sedans. It comes in a 4-door saloon model and Avant, the estate. It’s a complete vehicle far ahead of its nearest luxury car competitors with superlative interiors, a good drivability quotient and its overall appeal. Presently, the A6 is in its fourth iteration and it lives up to its imposing stance. The A6 carries the Audi design gene and it is offered in one petrol and two diesel mill options. The Audi A6 is good, but yes, some issues aside, it can far outshine its competitors like BMW and Mercedes Benz.
