Datsun India has successfully rolled out its 100,000th car from the Chennai manufacturing plant. The ceremony was marked by the attendance of the Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Private Limited, Jerome Saigot and the CEO & Managing Director, Renault Nissan Automotive Private Limited, Colin MacDonald. According to Saigot, this is a major milestone and is a testament towards the acceptance of the brand in the Indian market. He expressed his gratitude to all dealership partners and customers on the occasion.
The customer responses have been majorly positive over the last two to three years in the Indian market. Datsun contributes more than half of the total sales volumes of Nissan Motor India and is witnessing steady growth as well.

The Datsun Redi-Go manifests the YUKAN Japanese design philosophy and this means bold and brave. The tall-boy design and class leading ground clearance of 185 mm make the Redi-Go stand out.
