Audi is a premium car manufacturer which has brought the mid-size SUV, the Audi Q5, into the market with two variants. The base 35 TDI Premium Plus model, along with the 35 TDI Technology top specification models are available. Both the variants are powered by a 2.0 liter, four-cylinder diesel engine, that would offer about 190 hp and 400 Nm of peak torque. The car is tied to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission that would send power to all the four wheels. The Quattro from Audi is an all-wheel-drive system. There are five drive modes, named Individual, Dynamic, Comfort, Off-road, and Automatic.
The Premium Plus model has an ex-showroom price of Rs. 53.25 lakh with LED headlamps and taillamps with dynamic indicators. There are auto-folding and heated outside mirrors. There are 3-zone climate controls and electrically adjustable front seats. Leather upholstery is also available along with an automatic day and night view with anti-glare. An infotainment system with speech recognition is also available. USB, AM/FM, and Bluetooth along with smartphone connectivities are also available from the variant. There are a panoramic sunroof and eight speakers installed in the car. The car also features parking sensors with reversing camera. Cruise control and eight airbags are some of the other features of the Premium variant.
The Technology model has heated outside mirrors with memory function and an auto-folding system. The driver's seat also has a memory function. The 8.3-inch Audi MMI infotainment system has navigation and a DVD player. The variant would also be offering a smartphone mount with a wireless charging option. The interior inlays are colored in walnut brown. There is also an adaptive suspension with a damping control. Both the variants look very cool and look very distinct, attracting hordes of buyers.
