2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Gets Official Unveiling

Hyundai has finally unveiled the 2018 Santa Fe SUV which is expected to debut globally on 21st February 2018. The fourth generation SUV could launch sometime later in 2018 in India. The signature cascading grille is all new and so is the special black treatment, dual headlights (somewhat like the Hyundai Kona), chrome slat connecting the chrome inserts positioned beneath the LED lamps and twin projector lights. The LED lights over the grille also look sleeker than before. There are a wider central air dam and skid plate along with plastic cladding.

There are dual tone alloy wheels and sharp character lines running along the wheel arches. The ORVMs are all-new and so is the muscular bumper and diffuser at the rear. The rear gets a coupe-like design profile while there are sweptback LED tail lights and twin exhaust tips which are distinctive design elements. The Santa Fe has a longer wheelbase this time with luxurious interiors. The touchscreen infotainment setup is also brand new along with the central AC vents. Soft-touch materials and leather are used inside, with the latter draping the central and side armrests in tandem with upholstery. The instrument is divided into three parts and the multifunctional steering wheel is also a new introduction.

There are several safety features such as Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist and Safety Exit Assist among others.
