India is all set to receive a whole new set of sedans from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Rolls-Royce, Lexus and Toyota in 2018. This financial year is going to be much hopeful for the automobile market.

Audi has recently planned to change the exterior of their sedans and A8L is going to be an example to that. It will be built on the Evo platform using Audi’s Space frame concept. It would use exotic materials like Aluminium, magnesium, carbon fibre along with an alloy of fibre and steel that has reduced the kerb weight considerably.
India will be getting a variant that has electrically controlled seats, temperature controlled footrests along with 3.0L turbo charged petrol or diesel engines. Price is expected to be around 1.4-1.6 crore INR.
In response to other manufacturers, BMW has come up with the 6-series GT which boasts a stretched wheel base. With standard air suspensions and active anti-roll bars this model will be available in India soon. The interiors have been made spacious with quality and technical improvements. Powered with 2.0L petrol and 3.0L 6-cylinder diesel engine this model is expected to be priced around 60-70 lakhs INR.
The second generation Amaze is all set to rock the Indian markets, after its huge success of the first generation. This new model looks a lot more attractive with sleek and compact designs. The Spartan interiors look cooler than before. The inside has more legroom than ever. However no changes have been made in engines and prices have been set around 6-9lakhs.

The brand Lexus often comes with luxury and class in terms of urban cars. This new model will be equipped with 421hp 3.5L turbocharged engine along with other interior upgrades. Prices are bit on the higher side, around 1.5-2 crores.
