Giving competition to other luxury brands like Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, BMW, Audi and others, the Toyota car brand’s luxury car counterpart, Lexus is bringing out the all new LS 500h sedan car with the launch date announced to be as January 15, 2018.
The Toyota sedans have been known for its luxurious features, both on the inside and on the outside. Introduced in the Detroit Auto Show in 2016 one could see that the Lexus looks very aggressive and outgoing. The car comes with kinked chrome grille in the front, Lexus logo with a blue hue, ragged edged lightning shaped headlamps and the infinite creases. The car is over 5.2-metre long and has a wheelbase of 3.1 metre.
When it comes to the interiors the car doesn’t lag behind either with a slight deviation from the traditional Lexus design. The dashboard has a more flowing surfacing and multiple screens have replaced the numerous physical buttons. The car is upholstered in the best quality fabric from luxurious leather to other premium materials. Some of the top features include 28-way adjustable electric seats with heating, cooling and massage functions, a 48-degree recline for the backrests, an ottoman at the rear, active noise suppression technology, 23 speaker, 2400W Mark Levinson sound system and a four-zone climate concierge to name a few.

Just like a luxury car the engine of the Lexus LS 500 h is bound to be top notch as well. The LS 500h is all set to house a combination of a 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine and two electric motors. The power output is expected to be 355PS and transmission is handled by an electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission unit. The turbocharged engine will belt out over 400bhp of power and close to 600Nm of torque along with a 10 speed automatic gearbox.

Matching up to its competitors in the luxury car market the LS 500h is expected to be tagged with a price tag of Rs1.5 crore. The bookings for the car have already started, so make sure to grab yourself an early deal.
