Mahindra At Auto Expo 2018

Mahindra had one of the best pavilions at the Auto Expo 2018. The pavilion was aptly named as the Future of Mobility! Mahindra showcased their engineering and technological prowess at the Auto Expo. There were numerous electric car models and advanced urban mobility solutions developed in-house by Mahindra in the expo.

Mahindra-UDO Concept

Mahindra’s answer to the future of urban mobility. Looks like a vehicle right from space age, it’s a two-seater concept suitable for faster mobility in crowded cities. This narrow car surprisingly comes loaded with features like touchscreen infotainment system, climate control, and smartphone connectivity. It runs on three wheels (two at the front and one broad wheel at the rear). The UDO is powered by an electric motor.

Mahindra ATOM Concept


Another futuristic piece of an automobile from Mahindra, this one aims to solve the last mile connectivity in the cities. This electric automobile has a minimalistic but cute design theme. The car has a very small footprint but has a spacious interior for the passengers. It has a quick-swappable battery to address the range concerns associated with the EVs.

Mahindra e-KUV 100 Concept

TUV 300 Stinger Concept

Mahindra’s popular KUV 100 gets electric power. The car gets fast charging facility, 140 kilometres range and an automatic transmission, making it a sensible urban hustler. The car battery can be charged to 80% of its full capacity in less than an hour. The Dual-LED headlights with integrated indicators and DRLs add character to the car.

It’s an e-auto rickshaw from Mahindra powered by Lithium-ion battery.

Mahindra e20 NXT


Mahindra’s massively popular and suave EV car e20 gets some cool style updates on the exterior as well as interior. Dual barrel headlamps, blue light kitted new grille and revised bumper are the major changes at the front. The car also gets new attractive alloy wheels and new LED tail lamps. The dashboard design is also new and the vertically mounted touch screen looks super cool.

The popular e-Verito made an appearance with an electric heart.

Mahindra M3Electro Racecar

Mahindra Racing

Mahindra Racing is one of the founding teams of the world Formula E-Series. Mahindra showcased their successful M3 Electro Race car here at the expo. The car proudly wears the Indian tricolour flag.

TUV 300 Stinger Concept


This convertible was the real show stopper at the Mahindra pavilion. Based on the popular TUV 300, the car is powered by a 2.2-liter mHawk diesel engine that dispenses 140 hp and 320 Nm torque. The car has some cool and futuristic style elements inside out.

Ssangyong G4 Rexton rebadged as Mahindra

Ssangyong G4 Rexton rebadged

The new Rexton will come with Mahindra badging henceforth. The car will be a powered by a 2.2-liter turbo diesel motor. The car will come loaded with features like HID headlights, 9-airbags, LED DRLs, large touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated seats, dual zone climate control and lot more. The car will be offered in a seven-seat configuration in India.

Adventure is based on Mahindra’s KUV 100 kitted with the customized body and wide tires. The car is aesthetically finished in matte orange and get black interiors.

Mahindra Thar Daybreak Edition

Finished in matte racy blue, this is an all-terrain vehicle based on the Thar. The gullwing doors are one main attraction of this rugged SUV. The car gets properly huge off-roading tires. The car is built by the Mahindra Customization wing. The car also gets a revised and modern interior to complement the looks outside.

Mahindra also showcased their present cars like the XUV500, Scorpio, TUV300 and the KUV100 NXT.
