Tata Motors has launched the premium Hexa SUV in Nepal and the car is priced at NPR 77.95 lakhs and will be available in the XT 4×4 variant. The first 11 customers were handed over the keys of the Hexa by the Managing Director & CEO at Tata Motors, Guenter Butschek. Butschek stated that the company has always aimed at offering dynamic and fulfilling experiences to customers in Nepal through greater innovation.
The Hexa launch is part of this mission of the company and it understands that Nepal based customers aspire to experience more innovative, lifestyle-based and stylish cars and the Hexa will cater to this audience. The Hexa gets a VARICOR 2.2 litre diesel engine that makes 156 PS and 400 Nm. The XT 4×4 variant comes with a 6-speed manual transmission unit and Super Drive Modes which can be activated via the central console rotary knob. These enable easy shifting between Comfort, Auto, Rough Road and Dynamic modes.

The Hexa gets Engine Management along with offering higher stability and ride comfort across diverse terrains along with getting ESP and TOD (torque on demand). The instrument cluster display unit and ambient lighting can also be personalized as per customer needs. The Tata Hexa gets 19-inch alloy wheels, projector headlamps, six airbags, LED tail lamps, hill hold control, traction control system, automatic headlamps, hill descent control and a JBL audio system with 10 speakers.
