Tata Motors has launched the Tigor AMT in the Indian market. The Tigor AMT is priced from INR 5.75 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Tigor AMT will only come with the Revotron 1.2 litre petrol engine that churns out 85 PS and 114 Nm. The car uses a 5-speed AMT unit and the Creep function will automatically move the vehicle whenever the gear is not kept at neutral. There is a Sport driving mode for the Tigor AMT as well.
The Tigor AMT will come in XZA and XTA grades and the XZ (O) grade is the range-topping one. The features available include stylish alloy wheels, projector headlamps, electrical boot unlocking, chrome finishing for the air vents, body colored air vents, dual-front airbags, ABS with CSC and EBD and a ConnectNext infotainment unit.

The Tigor AMT misses out on the 5-inch ConnectNext infotainment setup along with the reverse camera and automatic climate control in tandem with the knitted roof liner for a more premium touch.
The Tata Tigor AMT is priced at INR 5.75 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the XTA grade while the XZA grade is priced at INR 6.22 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Tata Motors is also expected to launch the AMT version of the Nexon compact SUV by the first quarter of 2018.
