Tata Motors has launched the new generation Nexon SUV which the company calls a lifestyle SUV, in Nepal. The Nexon has been launched at Rs. 32, 75, 000 and Rs. 41, 55, 000 for the petrol and diesel variants respectively. The launch takes place in association with Sipradi Trading Private Limited, the company distributor for the region.
The Nexon is the fourth car from Tata Motors which showcases the Impact Design philosophy of the brand and offers best-in-class features and technological attractions. The Nexon is now available for sale across 20 authorized sales outlets in Nepal. According to the Head-International Business, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, Sujan Roy, as part of the company’s business blueprint, the focus is being renewed on filling up gaps between products and leveraging emerging markets. These are products which not only boost the brand value but also cater to growing customer aspirations according to him.
According to the Executive Chairman at Sipradi Trading Private Limited, Siddhartha SJB Rana, with the Nexon launch, the business now expands beyond sedans and hatchbacks. This is a major foray by the company into the compact SUV category and the Nexon characterizes the whole concept of breaking the box by way of its aerodynamic design and silhouette.
The Nexon comes in XM, XE, XZ+ and XT variants and has five color options, namely Seattle Silver, Moroccan Blue, Vermont Red, Calgary White and Glasgow Grey. There is a standard warranty of 3 years/75, 000 km whichever comes earlier.
