Audi India is reportedly planning to launch the all-new RS5 Coupe in the country on the 11th of April, 2018. This GT 2+2 all-wheel-drive version is expected to compete with the likes of the BMW M4 in India and should be priced above INR crore as per expectations. The RS5 is presently in its second generation and the new version will be the fourth A5 offering from the brand. This will join the likes of the regular A5, A5 Convertible and S5 Sportback.
This time, there is a TFSI V6 twin-turbocharged 2.9-litre mill that can produce 444 BHP and 600 Nm. This car can reach the 100 kilometres per hour mark in just 3.9 seconds and comes with a top speed of 250 kmph. This can be scaled up to 280 kmph with the RS Dynamic Package going by reports. The Quattro AWD system is available and so is special sport differential.
Ceramic brakes are optional for the new RS5 Coupe and it gets wider wheel arches this time along with regular 19/20 inch wheels. There is the single-frame grille from Audi which is a signature offering along with sports seats, a digital instrument console and interior color choices.
