The last Passat facelift by the German automaker Volkswagen was back in 2015 which later came to India in the year 2016. The company did not stop there. It has in fact started working on yet another facelift for the car and this facelifted version of the Passat will be officially revealed later in 2018, while the official launch into the markets will not take place before 2019. The facelifted Passat will obviously come to India, there is no doubt about it. However, this new Passat is at a developmental stage right now and is nearing completion. This can be inferred by the fact that VW tried camouflaging the front and rear fascia of the car.
