Recall of New Honda Amaze for faults in Steering

An issue has been recalled by Honda for the faults in the electric steering wheel in their new compact sedan Amaze. The company is concerned about the faulty parts of their car. They wanted to fix all these issues related to the steering so that no complaint comes. They are trying to recall all their new Amaze cars from the market. This recall is for the batch of the cars which are manufactured in the 17th April and 24th May 2018.

The carmaker company from Japan says that due to the fault in the electric steering, it can feel heavy when driving and it makes the light of the EPS indicator blink. The company Honda have promised that they will replace the faulted parts of the steering after examining the EPS indicator. They will be doing this free of cost to the owners.

The company says that they will contact the owners of the faulted steering wheels individually and after proper examination, the company will replace the faulted parts free of cost. They will start this from 26th July 2018 so that the faulted parts can be changed from the dealers of Honda. The customers can also check that their car falls under this batch or not by just filling up a form. They just need to fill the 17 digits alpha-numeric code of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the car from the official website of the company.  

The company had just launched the Jazz in the market. They are having a huge plan to launch other products also in the market to be in the top position in the market. There will be a major launch from the company this year. They are going to launch the 7 seater CR-V. It will have Honda’s 120hp engine for the first time. It will also have 1.6 L diesel engine for the Indian market.
