The Czech automobile company, Skoda, is one of the top car brands in the world with global sales reaching more than 1 million cars in the previous year. This leading automobile company comes up with upgraded car model every year and this year has been no different. The auto car maker has unveiled its newest model, Vision X, at the Geneva International Motor Show 2018. It is an electric Hybrid car that will be available with the fuel options of petrol and CNG and is set to be placed between the current models of Skoda Kodiaq and Skoda Karoq.
The Vision X is set to be equipped with a 1.5-litre G-TEC turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produce a power of 130 PS and a torque of 200 Nm. The car is also paired with a CNG fuel variant which is supported by two electric motors for all-wheel drive. Being a hybrid electric car the Vision X is also fitted with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery that generates an extra 70 Nm of torque. The car can reach a top speed of 200 kmph and can accelerate from a speed of 0 to 100 kmph within a span of 9.3 seconds.
Coming to the design of the car, the Vision X is based on Crysteline Design Language and has been developed to suit the active lifestyle of its targeted users.
