The Tata Motors has recently come up with a new version of the popular Tiago hatchback, namely the Tata Tiago JTP. The car model has recently been spotted going through some testing in India. This brand new model car was developed by JT Special Vehicles which is a joint venture between Tata Motors and Jayam Automotives. Recently, a test mule of the Tiago JTP has been spotted in India for the very first time.
This new model looks extremely stylish and has got very hardy features. It has been found that the front bumper, logo, fender and part of the hood of the Tata Tiago JTP Test mule have been camouflaged in the test drive done in the recent past. Most importantly, the car will feature a new front bumper and a splitter along with blacked out grille, air vent on the hood and smoked headlamps. All these lucrative features have made this model all the more exciting and alluring. It is also expected to get a tweaked bumper with a small vent on the bonnet.
There will also be contrast coloured ORVMs and the other exciting features added to it are namely faux grille near the indicators along with the additional cladding below the door sill and sporty alloy wheels. Chrome finished exhaust tips will also be offered for this model. The black leather seats provide a very sporty structure of the new car. The engine specifications have not been revealed yet. Tata Motors have remained tight lipped regarding this feature. This engine will most probably come paired to a five speed manual transmission.
The power train comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Suspension is also likely to be returned. The very first test drive has been considered quite a success with minimalist changes to be done before getting a proper launch at the market.
