Our Verdict

World over, for Toyota, the Camry has been one of its most successful, popular cars after the Corolla. It has an impressive track record and a dedicated fan base. But the same success was not duplicated in the Indian market owing to pricing, production costs, the CKD concept and tough competition. Even though it came to India in 2002, its new upgrade came only in 2015. But for its high pricing, it is a safe, reliable and practical luxury sedan. The well-crafted Camry leaves a lasting impression and its looks are incomparable and performance is even better. If the pricing is overlooked, it is worth every bit to invest in a Camry.
