Toyota Fortuner

Fortuner is an SUV manufactured by Toyota. The facade carries a bold and aggressive look with a bonnet scoop and muscular radiator grille. The body bumper contains a wide air dam. The rear boot lid has expressive lines across, a chrome strip and a variety of badges. The cabin does not lack space. The second and third row of seats can be folded to create more boot space. The seats are well-cushioned. Handles and dashboard have a black wooden finish.

Under the bonnet, there is 3.0-litre D-4D diesel engine that has a displacement capacity of 2982 cc and pumps out 168 bhp along with a maximum torque of 343 Nm. This is paired with a 5 speed manual transmission gearbox or an automatic gearbox. It can reach up to the speeds of 176 kmph.

The tilt adjustable steering wheels make it comfortable to handle the SUV in traffic. A LCD touch screen gives access to the entertainment system. The cabin has a 2-DIN audio system. The steering wheel comes with audio counted controls. The rear wheels have drum brakes and the front wheels have ventilated disc brakes that give the SUV enough of stopping power. The SUV structure is built so that least impact will fall on the passengers in the event of an accident. Passengers are also protected by air bags.
